Feeding Directions

  • Lamb Feedlot Concentrate 20 is to be mixed in at a rate of 20% or 200kg per tonne of finished feed.
  • For even distribution, mix Lamb Feedlot Concentrate 20 with grain via a vertical or ribbon mixer.
  • Provide unlimited forage, or a minimum inclusion of 100g of fibre per head per day.
  • Offer free-choice access to fresh and clean water at all times.
  • Introduce Lamb Feedlot Concentrate 20/Grain mix at 0.25kg per 50kg liveweight on day one.
  • Increase by 0.1kg every three days to a maximum of 1kg per 50kg liveweight for sheep.
  • Keep feeders clean to reduce risk of spoilage.
  • Place feed and water sources away from each other to keep water clean.
